Questions
Do we need to be a big company to use this?
No, the Solo tier is built specifically for owner-operators and small crews. You get the same booking, quoting and payment tools as a large fleet, just without the dispatch complexity you don't need yet.
Can we keep our existing website?
Yes. MoverVault Booking, Quoting and CRM all work as standalone tools you can drop into an existing site. MoverVault Sites is there if you want a full replacement, but it's not required.
How does the deposit and balance payment flow work?
Customers put a deposit down (a percentage you set) at the moment they book online via Stripe Checkout. The remaining balance is automatically requested closer to the move date, or immediately if you send the confirmation manually. Whichever happens first. No more chasing a COD balance on the truck.
Do you help with USDOT, MC numbers or interstate paperwork?
MoverVault runs your operation, estimates, jobs, dispatch, payments and your website. It isn't a filing service, but it keeps your inventories, bill-of-lading details and customer records organized and exportable, so the paperwork your DOT and interstate moves require is never scattered across a phone and an inbox.
Is our data locked into MoverVault?
No. You can export your contacts, jobs and job history at any time. We'd rather earn your renewal than trap you into it.
Do you take a cut of what we charge customers?
No. Your pricing is entirely yours. MoverVault charges a flat monthly fee per tier, never a percentage of your revenue.
